Frequently asked questions.
We already have a PGI assessment. Can you work from that?
Yes — and that's a common entry point for tricity families. Our developmental paediatrician reviews the existing assessment, may add specific subscales where needed, and authors the working plan from there. There's no need to repeat the diagnostic workup if a recent one is in hand.
Can sessions run in Punjabi?
Yes. Several of our therapists deliver in Punjabi or Punjabi-and-Hindi. For households where Punjabi is the home language and English/Hindi is the school language, we work across two languages in the same plan.
How quickly can we start?
Free consultation within 24–48 hours of enquiry. Formal assessment within a week (or earlier if you have a recent PGI/private assessment to share). First paid session typically seven to ten days from first contact.
Do you cover Mohali and Panchkula too?
Yes — the entire Chandigarh tricity is treated as one service area. The therapist and the schedule do not change based on which side of the tricity you live on; the session is delivered to your home in either case.
